By accessing and using Techizap’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Offered

Techizap provides digital marketing, website development, and related IT services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of your project by our team.

Project Engagement & Payments

• Advance Payment: A 50% advance is required before any project begins.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and handover.
• No Refund After Start: Once work begins, the advance payment is non-refundable.
• Late Payments: Delays in final payment may result in delayed delivery or additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide all necessary information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
• You confirm that all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.

Intellectual Property

• Techizap retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless a prior non-disclosure agreement is in place.
• Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

Techizap is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or hosting providers.
• Downtime, performance issues, or damages caused by external attacks or software bugs post-delivery.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes from digital marketing services (e.g., rankings, traffic, sales).
• Uninterrupted website performance after handover due to factors beyond our control.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your data and business details and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. However:

• No refunds will be issued for work already started.
• All completed work up to the date of termination must be paid in full.

Changes to Terms

Techizap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
